Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking candidates familiar with EV Charger and telecommunications deployments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and configuring network devices, analyzing diagnostic logs, and monitoring IT events. Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of AC/DC systems and OCPP protocols. Shift work and overtime may be required.

Job description

• Demonstrates exposure and experiences in EV Charger and Telecommunication deployments and carrying out quick troubleshooting + rectification work.
• Strong working knowledge of AC and DC EV charging systems, with practical hands‑on experience.
• Familiarity with OCPP protocal and App interface.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WiFi/4G network principles, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Proficient in reading and analysing diagnostic log from CSMS.
• Shift work will be expected. Candidate preferably to have exposure in resolving ticketed issues, provide IT and security event monitoring, attending to user request and problem management.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, configuring, and setting up network peripheral devices such as modems, routers, switches, and I/O devices.
• Long hours and overtime to be expected.
