The role requires collaborating with clients and internal teams, along with managing detailed documentation. Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree and 2-5 years of experience in cost estimating and sales. Proficiency in Excel and estimating tools is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in construction, waterworks, civil, or M&E cost estimating and sales.
• Proficient in estimating tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for projects.
• Identify and engage potential clients (MCSTs, contractors, industrial).
• Prepare professional proposals and tender submissions.

Primary Purpose

You will support both quantitative cost estimating and business development activities — providing accurate costing for tenders while helping grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quantity Surveying & Estimation
   • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for projects
   • Analyse drawings, specifications, and site scope for accurate costing
   • Collaborate with operations for cost inputs and value‑engineering
   • Track and update costs for ongoing projects
2. Sales & Business Development
   • Identify and engage potential clients (MCSTs, contractors, industrial)
   • Follow up on quotations and convert leads to projects
   • Support contract negotiations and proposal presentations
   • Maintain key client relationships and identify cross‑sell opportunities
3. Reporting & Documentation
   • Prepare professional proposals and tender submissions
   • Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and client interactions

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field
• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in construction, waterworks, civil, or M&E cost estimating and sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general estimating tools
