Quantity Surveyor

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-off and Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractor in terms of quality, timeline, price, terms, deliveries, and services.
• Prepare purchase orders, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers & logistic department to ensure smooth end-to-end logistic flow.
• Assist and support design team in material sample requisition for the assigned Project by the Superior.
• Coordinate with project team to understand their procurement requirement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
