• Responsible for the monthly progress claim submission.
• Coordinate with the site team for necessary documentation.
• Monitor site progress to control budget effectively.
• Follow up on monthly claim certification from the client.
• Communicate with management to control subcontractor costs.
• Negotiate with subcontractors to maintain budget.
• Control project scope to meet objectives.
• Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance project value.
• Ensure compliance with standards.
• Involved in the tender process and verify contract documents.
• Prepare cost analysis to enhance overall project value.

Job description

• Responsible for the monthly progress claim submission.
• Coordinate with the site team to get the necessary documentation to facilitate the claim.
• Day to day monitoring on the site progress in order to control the budget.
• Follow up for the monthly claim certification from the client.
• Responsible for the timely submission.
• Communicate with the management time to time to control the sub-contractors cost estimates.
• Responsible for negotiations with the subcontractors before engage them, make sure the budget is well monitored and maintained.
• Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with standards.
• Fully involve in the tender process and should be responsible to verify the contract documents are in place.
• Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.
