Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to evaluate tenders and manage contracts. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a related field and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit as an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role involves budgeting, cost claims, and liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Responsible in evaluating tenders, costs, manage contracts and advice on contractual matter. Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.
• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.
• Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions.
• Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function.
• Project budgeting and costing reports.
• Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers.
• Assist Senior Manager in all other QS related job not limited to liaison with sub‑contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, analyze cost comparison.....etc

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Possessed at least diploma / degree certification in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Projects knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit software will be added advantage.
