Jobscope:

• Analyze and present information on business conditions, production capabilities, quality issues, and process changes.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and support external quality audits.
• Review and maintain company procedures and documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and support supplier audits.
• Gather and analyze quality data to identify trends and address non-conformance issues.
• Provide recommendations to resolve product or process issues and improve quality.
• Oversee warranty reviews, including root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
• Promote continuous improvement within all business units.
• Review engineering and technical changes impacting production.
• Follow all EH&S requirements and promptly report unsafe conditions.
• Support special projects as assigned.
