Job summary

A quality management services provider in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support the QA Manager in implementing quality improvement initiatives. The role involves reviewing production activities, conducting internal audits for compliance with IATF requirements, and managing corrective actions for quality issues. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma in Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IATF systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Update and ensure compliance with CSR, provide training.
• Develop and review IATF/ISO procedures and instructions.
• Manage MOC for critical parameter changes and audits.
• Conduct IATF/ISO Internal Audits and report nonconformities.
• Assist in customer complaint handling and investigation.
• Resolve quality-related issues in production.

Responsibilities

• Support QA or Quality Manager in implementing QMS improvement initiatives across departments to ensure compliance with IATF requirements.
• Review batch release activities for production, approve records as delegated by QA Manager.
• Promote awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, and Customer Specific Requirements.
• Verify and manage CAPA for quality issues, ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Update and ensure compliance with CSR, provide training to employees.
• Develop and review IATF/ISO procedures and Quality-related instructions.
• Manage MOC for critical parameter changes and audits (customer, internal, supplier).
• Conduct IATF/ISO Internal Audits, report nonconformities, and suggest improvements.
• Assist in customer complaint handling and investigation.
• Resolve quality-related issues in production and support audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems and audit experience.
• Other duties as and when assigned by management.
