Job description

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the assigned task for raw materials, in-process, utility, base powder and finished goods samples are tested in a timely manner
• Basic knowledge of good lab practices.
• Basic knowledge on the Root Cause Analysis to support the results investigation.
• Be able to support the Method Verification and Method Validation (when required).
• Collect and analyse the routine and non‑routine Environmental Monitoring samples including swab, air sampling and water samples to make sure plant is in good hygiene condition.
• Be able to support the Environmental monitoring swab and testing if needed.
• Maintain current, complete, legible notebooks and laboratory records in compliance with good laboratory practices.
• Maintain a good inventory of QC materials such as reagents, chemicals and consumables to support testing.

The experience we're looking for

• A diploma or degree in a science‑related discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences)
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in QC testing or laboratory operations within GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical environments.
• Familiarity with laboratory systems (e.g., LIMS, Empower, MODA, or similar)
• Good documentation and GMP compliance practices
• Ability to work in a team‑based, fast‑paced manufacturing support environment
