Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular compliance inspection in Central Kitchen.
  • Ensure production workers comply with GMP, hygiene practices, food safety standards and SOP at all times.
  • Assist with the implementation of ISO22000:2018.
  • Ensure that all record forms are filled up by production staff.
  • Verification of cleaning activities in production.
  • Report non-conformances to superior/person-in-charge for investigation, and propose corrective actions.
  • Resolve food safety issues/customer feedback with the team.
  • Perform QC inspection on incoming goods.
  • Perform QC inspection on finished products.
  • Oversee any equipment/maintenance contractors and service vendors to prevent potential contamination.
  • Provide assistance in arranging for product testing.
  • Assist in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
  • Collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Involve in improvement projects initiated by QA team.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

  • Working Hours: 5.0 Day work week (44 working hours/week)

  • Full Day 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm or 10.30am to 7.30pm (rotation)

  • Salary Pay Out date: 5th/7th of the following month

  • Annual Wage Supplement: 1.0 month

  • Variable/Performance Bonus available (twice in a year)

  • Probation Period: 3 months (includes time for training) (Salary adjustment applicable should candidate is confirmed of her position.)

  • Individual must be willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays (should situation require)

  • 1 day off in lieu/leave will be return for work done on weekend/Public Holiday

  • Annual Leave – 7 days annual. Increase 1 day for every year worked. Maximum is 14 days

  • Sick Leave is 14 days / Hospitalisation Leave including sick leave is 60 days

  • Birthday Leave - 1 day and Family Day Leave - 1 day

  • Medical Reimbursement - $40/visit (Capped at $600/year)

  • Dental Reimbursement: $100/year
