QC Inspector (East region)
Conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure materials, assemblies, and finished products comply with specifications.
Perform scheduled product audits to verify adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances for inspection and verification.
Carry out dimensional measurements using precision tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges.
Perform visual inspections on products (e.g. camera assemblies) at various production stages following standardized QC checklists.
Execute functional testing using designated test equipment in accordance with work instructions and test protocols.
Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities, and support corrective and preventive actions.
Lab Technician (West region)
Collect, sample, weigh, and prepare raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods for testing.
Prepare and process samples, including mixing, tinting, shaking, and drawdown preparation, as required.
Conduct visual evaluations and instrument-based assessments (e.g. spectrophotometer readings).
Review Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming materials and ensure compliance with specifications.
Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of samples with relevant safety and hazard information.
Maintain laboratory equipment, consumables, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Lab Technologist (West region)
Maintain accurate and complete inspection and test records using MS Office (Excel, Word) or equivalent systems.
Ensure all activities comply with QEHSMS, safety regulations, and 5S standards.
Issue and follow up on non-conformance reports to suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely closure.
Support internal and external audits, providing required documentation and assistance.
Communicate inspection results, quality status, and issues clearly to supervisors, engineers, and production teams.
Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support on the production line (e.g. assembly or setup) when additional resources are required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the QA Manager.
Experience in quality inspection, laboratory testing, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiar with laboratory and inspection tools, testing procedures, and documentation practices.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards.
