Food Safety & Quality Control Responsibilities (Chain Stores)
  1. Food Safety Management

    Ensure all stores comply with food safety regulations, company standards, and local government requirements.

    Oversee implementation of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols across all outlets.

    Monitor proper handling, storage, and preparation of food to prevent contamination.

  2. Store Audits & Inspections

    Conduct regular on-site inspections to evaluate cleanliness, hygiene practices, and food safety compliance.

    Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

    Review and verify temperature logs, sanitation records, and food handling procedures.

  3. Quality Control Monitoring

    Ensure consistency in product quality and taste across all chain stores.

    Monitor raw material quality, shelf life, and supplier compliance.

    Conduct random product sampling and testing when needed.

  4. Training & Staff Development

    Train store staff on food safety procedures, hygiene standards, and emergency response protocols.

    Conduct refresher courses and update teams when new procedures or regulations are introduced.

  5. Documentation & Reporting

    Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

    Prepare monthly food safety reports for management review.

    Assist in updating SOPs, manuals, and food safety guidelines.

  6. Incident & Risk Management

    Respond to food safety incidents, customer complaints, or contamination issues promptly.

    Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

    Coordinate product recall procedures if required.

  7. Coordination & Communication

    Work closely with operations, procurement, and central kitchen teams to ensure quality and safety standards.

    Communicate audit findings and improvement plans to store managers and senior management.

Flexible working hours; willingness to travel to China for training and study; Mandarin Chinese is required.
