Job description

• Basic up to $3000
• 5.25 days | 8.30am-6pm
• Location: Ubi

Job scope:

• Check and confirm that all vehicle servicing and repair work is properly completed before handover, ensuring it meets Audi standards and customer expectations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, especially complex or repeated problems, and work closely with the Foreman and Workshop Supervisor to verify that repairs are done correctly
• Support daily workshop operations by providing technical advice to technicians and assisting with test drives and service-related matters together with service advisors.
• Identify any additional or outstanding repair works and report them promptly to the Foreman, giving clear recommendations to maintain repair quality and prevent customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a QC Accessor or similar role in an automotive repair workshop
• Valid Class 3 driving license
