The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English and Mandarin. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, which operates on a 5.5-day work week.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve high quality assurance (QA) of all products.
• Manage QA system with specifications and procedures.
• Feedback on quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage quality claim and its root cause analysis.
• Compile reports of complaints and feedback for reporting.
• Assist in ad-hoc coordination pertaining to operations/ warehouse operation.
• Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.

Minimum Requirements

• GCE "A" Level or Diploma
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
• Strong communication skill.
• Good leadership.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
• 5.5 Days Work Week.
