Qualifications

Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Pioneer, West Region | Full-Time

About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring our manufacturing operations meet high standards of quality and safety. Convenient shuttle service is provided to and from the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-process quality checks for materials including flux, paste, powder, and wire during production.
  • Inspect wire products according to failure catalogs and ensure specifications are met.
  • Conduct basic application tests such as Thinky, dispensing, and printing assessments.
  • Accurately record data in Excel, MES, and SAP systems.
  • Review and verify product labels, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and barcodes for customer requirements.
  • Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials, metal alloys, powders, and flux.
  • Upload and verify supplier COAs and check against specifications.
  • Perform outgoing checks according to quality standards prior to shipment.
  • Enter data into SPC software and alert engineers of any irregularities.
  • Maintain quality documentation and ensure proper archiving and traceability.
  • Support engineers with ad-hoc testing or special projects.
  • Follow 5S practices in the workplace, including documentation, sample storage, and scrap management.
