A leading consumer research consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to provide end-to-end operational and administrative support for research projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate delivery, timely reporting, and effective vendor coordination. Applicants should have a diploma and over 3 years of relevant experience in operations or quality assurance, with a strong focus on detail and teamwork. Proficiency in Excel is required, and prior knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Quality Assurance Manager
Purpose of the role
To provide end-to-end operational, quality assurance, and administrative support to Media Research Centre projects, ensuring accurate delivery, timely reporting, effective vendor coordination, and smooth internal and external stakeholder engagement.
