Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of quality assurance/control experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge (blueprint reading, GD&T, FAIs) and familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to coordinate effectively across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC inspection plans, schedules, document control, and quality record management.
• Manage in-house and supplier quality processes, including audits and ISO compliance.
• Review and prepare quality documentation and customer submissions.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor QC inspectors and support calibration, safety assessments, and quality system improvements.
