• Provide accurate quantity take-offs directly from drawings.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• Produce AutoCAD drawings, including shop drawings.
• Support design teams with drafting revisions and updates.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with site teams to reflect real-time changes in drawings.
• Prepare shop drawing for approval.
• Monthly claim and final account follow up.
