Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Set-up and implement QA/QC system for building construction projects.
• Handle all documents, records and reports relating to QA/QC.
• Manage all activities relating to QA/QC on site.
• Perform daily inspections, ensuring construction quality specified in contract and drawings are met.
• Liaise with authority inspectors, consultants, clients and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Ensure compliance to ISO procedure, lead for ISO audits.
• Familiar with Conquas assessment and Conquas score calculation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural from NUS/NTU or Universities recognized by PEB/BCA with min. 5 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
• An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
