Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Tuas (Free daily shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)

Salary Range: $2,800 to $4,000/month

• Flag defects early, work with production teams, and help fix issues on the spot.

• Support internal quality audits and take part in root‑cause investigations.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who enjoys order, accuracy, and the quiet thrill of catching what others might miss. Ideally:

• At least 2 years of QA/QC or manufacturing experience
• Comfortable using precision measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and a hands‑on mindset
• Familiar with quality frameworks like Six Sigma, 5S, or ISO (bonus)
• Nitec/Diploma or related technical background preferred

What You’ll Receive

Competitive Salary: $2,800 – $4,000/month (depending on experience and work schedule)

Base Salary (4-Day Schedule): $2,200 – $2,700

Daily Allowances:

• Shift: $8/day (Day) | $18/day (Night)
• Bonus: $3/day (All shifts)
• Transport: $4/day

Bonuses:

• 13th Month Bonus
• 1–2 Months Performance Bonus
