Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality management systems and lead QA/QC personnel. You will develop QA/QC plans, conduct compliance audits, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil/Construction Engineering and has at least 5 years of managerial experience in large-scale building projects, preferably in government projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as a manager in large scale building projects.
• Experience in government building projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsible for project’s Quality management system, Quality assurance process, and Quality control procedures

Propose continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality management system

Fully competent with ISO & Quality standards

Conduct inspections/audits to ensure compliance with company health and safety policies, processes and procedures

Liaise closely with inspectors from various authorities in ensuring compliance to regulations

Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits

Provide leadership and direction of all QA/QC personnels
