• Working Hours: 5 days a week (Flexi Hours)
• Salary Package: Up to $5000 (Basic) + $88 (Fixed Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality assessments to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product functionality.
• Partner with R&D to evaluate new products or parts and generate detailed quality reports.
• Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.
• Provide expert QMS advice and lead continuous improvement efforts across all business units.
• Manage ESG projects from initiation to completion, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.
• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource coordination.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Perform additional duties as delegated by the team leader.
