Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer to support quality assurance operations for a leading semiconductor manufacturing company. This role focuses on managing customer-related quality issues, driving corrective and preventive actions, supporting audits, and ensuring consistent product and process performance.

Mandatory Skill-set
  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry;
  • Must have 2–5 years’ QA experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing;
  • Strong command of statistical methods, SPC, and quality tools (FMEA, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA);
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL skills;
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949;
  • Strong critical thinking, able to work both independently and in teams.
Desired Skill-set
  • Audit experience is an advantage;
  • Experience with quality reporting and capability studies;
  • Exposure to continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer quality issues and coordinate follow-up actions;
  • Lead or support Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) activity, including evaluating action effectiveness;
  • Participate in Materials Review Board (MRB) to ensure compliance of outgoing products;
  • Prepare internal and external quality reports and capability analyses;
  • Work with cross-functional teams on CofC requirements;
  • Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits;
  • Contribute to quality improvement projects and other tasks assigned by QA leadership.
