Salary Package: Up to $5000 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and update quality procedures to meet standards like ISO9001, design QA processes, and implement QMS using the 6S Kaizen method.
• Perform internal and manage external audits to ensure compliance and partner quality.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and report on improvements.
• Lead projects with methods like Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and conduct training on quality systems and promote quality awareness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Resolve quality issues and effectively communicate updates.
• Mitigate quality risks and engage in proactive risk management.
• Maintain detailed quality documentation and records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and train for skill enhancement.
• Develop safety policies and conduct risk assessments.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
