Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from purchase requests to purchase order closure using the digital system




• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while obtaining competitive quotations and negotiating commercial terms




• Prepare quotation summaries and purchase orders for approval, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and terms




• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipment and delivery of spare parts to vessels worldwide




• Review delivery orders, service reports, and supplier invoices to resolve discrepancies promptly




• Participate in tender exercises, bulk purchasing, and supplier management to achieve cost savings and service quality




• Support management with procurement reporting, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other related studies




• Candidate with relevant experience will have added advantage
