This role manages purchasing staff, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to prevent shortages or overstock
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable laws
