Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, evaluation, contracting and vendor management.
  • Liaison with the China office for rate negotiation, bidding, invoicing.
  • Identify potential new suppliers, conduct due diligence, and manage supplier onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular analysis of procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and process improvements.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost targets.
  • Support initiatives and efforts to manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities and issues.
  • Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement industry best practice, leverage data to drive best practice across the account.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
  • Maintain vendor contracts, review them, negotiate rates, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage payments to vendors, adhering to financial protocols and ensuring timely disbursement.
  • Oversee the logistics for loading and unloading materials, ensuring all goods meet quality standards and are processed on time.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/business administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement. Experience in furniture procurement, real estate and hospitality industry are advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive cost savings initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Be well versed in creating and using Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas.
  • Proven record of working independently, a self‑starter.
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong team‑playing skills.
  • Act with utmost integrity.
  • Able to read and communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking suppliers.
