Publisher Intelligence and Strategy Analyst, Global Partnerships Sellside

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, management consulting, financial analysis, digital marketing or corporate strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in applying AI into analytical projects.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages with experience in coding.
  • Ability to communicate data analytics and insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more.

The Global Partnerships Sellside Monetization team has the direction to fund the world’s information by enabling digital platforms, properties and content creators, and the Mission to improve an open digital ecosystem for all by developing products and partnerships using our reach, insights and people and the Value.

The Publisher Intelligence Team is responsible for driving business impact for Sellside and Google by managing data infrastructure, converting data into insights and enabling decision making by our stakeholders across the APAC and Global Sellside organization.

Responsibilities

  • Understand trends in the digital marketing field, provide support, regional strategy and create/maintain business plans.
  • Develop performance analysis and insights through research and analysis of key business drivers, market landscape and key sales and operations metrics.
  • Perform business forecasting, planning and recommend strategies to the leadership team to improve growth. Help convert data analysis into presentation of findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Develop and manage reporting systems for understanding the health of our business and our customers and develop publisher optimization strategies to help our partners grow their business.
  • Prioritize the critical work on projects and initiatives. Be part of and foster the development of an analyst community within APAC Sellside.
