Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Public Relations Coordinator/Officer. The role requires effective communication of maintenance programs, scheduling site visits, and follow-up on public feedback. Candidates should possess at least a GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate or Diploma, along with relevant experience in public relations and coordination. Strong communication skills in English and the native language are essential, with proficiency in additional dialects being a plus.

Job description

Facilities Maintenance Public Relations Coordinator/Officer role:

1. Communicate the available maintenance programs or schemes to relevant stakeholders.

2. Arrange appointments with applicants or unit owners for site visits, to discuss decisions and schedule upcoming work.

3. Clearly explain the purpose and scope of the maintenance work to applicants or unit owners, ensuring their satisfaction with the process.

4. Address and follow up on any feedback provided by applicants or unit owners.

5. Provide hotline support for maintenance-related inquiries.

6. Coordinate and schedule maintenance teams to carry out work at designated units.

7. Respond to public feedback regarding the services or work delivered under the program.

8. Assist the Project Manager with tasks related to the maintenance program.

Possess a minimum qualification of GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate, Diploma, or at least two years of public relations/ coordination work experience in building related projects.

The Public Relations Coordinator/Officer must possess strong communication skills in both English and their native language. Proficiency in additional dialects will be considered an added advantage.
