Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of project administration
  • Support administrative work for dormitory and site purchase
  • Provide full support during the entire construction stage and DLP stage
  • Conduct regular visit to the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage
  • Manage feedbacks and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract
  • Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary
  • Promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction
  • Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • At least 1 years' working experience in the construction industry
  • Good client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with internal and external parties
  • Able to engage and manage various stakeholders on PR matters and public feedback to create an effective communication flow and awareness on the project
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
