Job summary

An engineering and environment solutions company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in cost estimation, project costing, and tender submissions. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, liaising with customers, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in related fields and possesses strong communication skills. This role offers a 2-year contract with a competitive salary range of $2,500 – $3,500, alongside opportunities for fresh graduates. Immediate start is preferable.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, knowledge of Ariba is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to learn, proactive and able to work under strict timelines

Additional Information
  • Term of employment: 2‑year contract
  • 5‑day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm)
  • Salary range: $2,500 – $3,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
