Job summary

A leading property management firm in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual for overall on-premise property management services. The successful candidate will manage building operations, oversee incident response, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. A degree in relevant engineering or real estate management and at least 3 years of experience in building services are required. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills and project management capabilities will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall property management services as the on-premise person-in-charge.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible as overall on Premise person-in-charge for property management services
  • Responsible for smooth building / facilities management operation
  • Responsible for incident control, management, activation of rightful parties for incident response and timely reporting / escalation
  • Responsible as Site Main Controller (SMC) under CERT team setup
  • Represent clients on Contractors management and to ensure Contractors safety compliance.
  • Responsible for maintenance and upgrading activities including power shutdown for HT/LT servicing/genset load test, cyclical replacement works from planning, execution till defects closure.
  • Responsible to advise clients and make recommendation ensuring its maintenance regime by Contractors is timely, appropriate and adequate and licenses renewal / authorities submission are in compliance with latest authorities requirements, Acts, regulations, Singapore standards, code of practices
  • Responsible for preparation of annual OPEX/CAPEX budget, its control and monitoring
  • Liaison with Clients, customers, contractors
Requirements
  • Degree in Elect/Mech and Air-Con Engrg / Real Estate Mgmt / Building Services (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in building services / data centres facilities
  • Possesses bizSAFE Level 2, CERT training / WSQ Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency and WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes
  • EMA LEW licence / BCA Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM/GMP/GMFM) will be desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Able to handle projects independently and communicate well
  • Possesses contacts with Singapore-based consultants, suppliers & contractors an added advantage
