Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily building operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and council members to address feedback and coordinate services
  • Monitor service contracts, vendor performance, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting processes
  • Assist in incident reporting, risk mitigation, and emergency response coordination
  • Prepare advisories, notices, and meeting materials with clarity and professionalism
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Chinese/Malay a plus)
  • Familiarity with BMSMA, fire safety, and environmental health regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with property management systems is an advantage
