The Project Support, CEO Office, supports the Chief of Staff in executing and coordinating strategic projects across the company’s global operations. This role is hands‑on and focused on getting things done, managing follow‑ups, tracking deliverables, and ensuring initiatives move forward smoothly and efficiently.

The Project Support acts as the operational extension and project management of the CEO Office, working closely with teams across functions and geographies. You will attend meetings, manage action items, coordinate with stakeholders, and help turn ideas into tangible outcomes. This role offers exposure to diverse markets and operating environments as the company expands internationally.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
  • Drive the day‑to‑day execution of CEO Office projects under the direction of the Chief of Staff.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure clear ownership, timelines, and accountability for deliverables.
  • Attend meetings, capture discussions, and follow through on next steps until closure.
  • Maintain project trackers, reports, and progress dashboards to keep stakeholders aligned.
Meeting Support & Follow‑Through
  • Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, documenting key decisions and agreed actions.
  • Support preparation of meeting materials, briefings, and follow‑ups for the Chief of Staff and CEO.
  • Ensure that project updates and next steps are communicated clearly and consistently.
Operational Planning & Support
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating CEO Office initiatives and internal reviews.
  • Manage operational tasks such as preparing reports, collating data, and supporting event or trip logistics where needed.
  • Help identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to keep projects moving efficiently.
Global Collaboration & Exposure
  • Work closely with teams across different regions to support the company’s global growth and expansion activities.
  • Gain direct exposure to diverse working environments, market contexts, and operational practices.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between headquarters and regional teams.
  • Adapt to international time zones and working hours to ensure effective collaboration and meeting participation across global partners and teams.
Research & Documentation
  • Conduct background research and compile summaries or insights to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare concise reports, slides, and documentation for project reviews and leadership meetings.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
  • Handle all information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or a fast‑paced corporate or startup environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise complex information clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.

  • Proficiency in collaborative and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or equivalent platforms.
