Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate site activities for process sector projects, including mechanical works, and engineering support. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in project management, team supervision, and technical troubleshooting within the engineering, or process industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations for mechanical, repair, and engineering projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and review quotations, inspection reports, and job completion updates.
  • Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and material requisitions.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with WSH and risk management procedures.
  • Oversee quality control, documentation, and reporting for all project activities.
  • Support continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project supervision, preferably in ship repair, marine engineering, or process sector environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, team leadership, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP software.
  • Familiarity with Singapore safety standards (WSQ bizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2)
  • SC-101 Customs Procedure (Singapore)
  • Other relevant safety or technical certifications
