Job Summary

You will engage directly with clients to define project requirements and scope, prepare and submit detailed quotations, and manage projects through site supervision to ensure timely handover and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to capture and document detailed project requirements and scope of work, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and prepare accurate, client-tailored project quotations to support successful project acquisition
  • Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with stakeholders to secure project awards and maintain momentum
  • Lead site supervision and manage project execution to deliver projects on time and meet quality standards
  • Implement effective receivables management processes to ensure timely collection of project payments and maintain cash flow
  • Adapt work schedule to include after-hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed to meet project deadlines and client expectations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in the general contracting sector, construction, or related industry
