• Monitor activities to ensure compliance, product quality, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage scopes of work and quotations.
• Coordinate shipment of materials and samples between sites.
• Manage purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Lead deviation investigations and change management activities.
• Maintain and update business and project tracking tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Deal with external chemical-related projects.
• Develop and implement the sourcing strategy.

Job description

Job scope:

• Monitoring activities at selected and subcontracted sites to ensure compliance, adherence to timelines, product quality, and cost targets

• Collaborating closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to support sourcing activities, including preparation and management of scopes of work (SoW) and quotation requests

• Coordinating the shipment of materials and samples between sites

• Managing purchase orders and invoice processing

• Leading deviation investigations and overseeing change management activities as required

• Maintaining and updating relevant business and project tracking tools

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and promoting operational excellence within the team

• Dealing with external synthetic & process chemistry-related projects

• Develops and implements the external sourcing strategy
