What you'll be doing

• Layout Planning & Carpentry Sketch: For small apartment projects, recommend and sketch out layout, and basic carpentry drawings for clients.
• Project Planning & Execution: Plan work schedules, set out the site, and ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Team & Resource Management: Supervise and motivate the workforce, hire subcontractors, allocate resources, and order materials.
• Safety & Quality Control: Implement and manage safety programs, conduct inspections, and maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor build costs, manage expenditure, and report on financial status.
• Communication & Reporting: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the public; prepare progress updates, and documentation.
• Problem Solving: Address issues and obstacles as they arise to keep the project moving.

What we're looking for

• A diploma or background in site management for renovation and construction.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant industry.
• Experienced with layout and carpentry planning with clients, including simple drawings.
• Good understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and material selection.
• Able to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
