Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for civil and steel structures scopes for building construction works.

• Study tender / construction drawings, specifications, contracts scope of works to understand project requirements.
• Plan, schedule work sequences, prepare Microsoft Project for all task and micro-schedule form throughout the project.
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing, consultant, and authority requirement.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, client, main contractor, other contractor and authority.
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule.
• Ensure project is executed according to micro-schedule and timeline.
• Resolve all engineering, technical and project queries from time to time.
• Prepare a report and method statement whenever necessary.
• Prepare progress report, handover report, meeting minutes, TOP/CSC documentation, and other requirement request by client and authority.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned related to project

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil / Structural or equivalent.
• Candidate must possesses Civil, Architectural, Steel Structures and/or related experience.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
• Able to work on Saturday.
