Outdoor Broadcasting Truck and Flypack Scheduling
- Support the scheduling of Flypacks and Outside Broadcasting (OB) facilities in collaboration with the Project Director and Sales team.
- Gather input from engineering as well as logistics, procurement, and equipment allocation teams to provide accurate information for decision-making.
- Ensure all scheduling considerations—technical, logistical, and operational—are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update schedules on relevant platforms so all departments remain aligned and informed.
- Flag potential conflicts early, and where appropriate, make or recommend decisions to keep projects on track.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide utilization data and scheduling input that supports revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and equipment allocation teams to address timelines, equipment movements, and potential shortages—supporting these departments when issues or conflicts arise.
- Support in-house engineering by communicating scheduling requirements and highlighting any technical considerations raised.
- Assist the finance team by supplying accurate information to support forecasting and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple NEP offices and time zones to ensure smooth delivery of global projects.
- Manage project update meetings, including attendee lists, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring all teams remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Position Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently while escalating issues when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a cross-functional environment managing time-critical services involving equipment delivery.
- At least 1 year experience in broadcast television, event project management, and/or event logistics, ideally with exposure to large-scale live events.
- Ability to think strategically at a big-picture level while also narrowing focus to granular departmental details, ensuring leadership understands key nuances.
- Experience working across international teams, time zones, and supporting large-scale, globally televised events.
- Capable of making informed decisions when required to maintain project momentum.
- Willingness to travel to project events and provide onsite support when required.
- A fast learner who asks the right questions and adapts quickly to new processes and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred.
