Damage Assessment & Quoting

• Conduct initial site assessments and identify service opportunities

• Provide expert advice and submit accurate quotations for mitigation, repair, and reconstruction

Sales & Client Engagement

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients

• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and subcontractors

• Negotiate terms and secure contracts that drive business growth

Project Management & Execution

• Plan and manage projects across scope, cost, time, and quality

• Monitor performance to meet profitability targets

• Ensure compliance with company’s standards and client expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering field or equivalent

• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in the engineering /industrial field

• Proven experience in project management, sales, or restoration services

• Additional training in Project Management would be advantageous

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
