As our business grows, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to manage and grow our project-based sales portfolio.
Role Overview:
As a Project Sales Executive, you will take ownership of end-to-end project sales—from identifying opportunities and nurturing client relationships to closing deals and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target project-based opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
Conduct client presentations, site visits, and technical product briefings
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and manage tender submissions
Negotiate contracts and follow through on sales pipeline and delivery timelines
Liaise with design and operations teams to ensure product specifications and installations are aligned with project goals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and project milestones
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new construction projects
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in B2B/project sales, preferably in interior fittings, construction materials, or related fields
Proven track record in building and managing sales pipelines for large-scale projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications (a plus)
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; CAD or architectural software knowledge is a bonus
Good contacts with design consultants, architects, contractors, hospitality, etc.
