Job summary

Role Overview

Oversees and manages the complete project schedule across all phases — design, procurement, construction, and validation — ensuring timely delivery in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Schedule Development
  • Develops and maintains detailed master schedules (Level 1–4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Consolidates inputs from the design, procurement, construction, and validation teams, and sequences key activities according to pharmaceutical project logic and process flow requirements.
Progress Tracking & Control
  • Monitors site progress on a weekly basis, tracking critical paths and buffer times.
  • Identifies potential delays and supports the development of mitigation or recovery plans.
  • Oversees milestone schedules associated with equipment installation and validation activities.
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports, including three-week lookahead schedules.
  • Provides schedule insights and updates during internal and client meetings, and assists in preparing Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and extension-of-time claims.
Risk Control & Coordination
  • Participates in project risk assessments and integrates schedule-related risks into the project risk register.
  • Works closely with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize sequencing and minimize disruptions.
Validation Interface
  • Coordinates with the validation team to ensure timely achievement of Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) readiness milestones.
