Job summary

A service provider in Singapore seeks an Administrative Assistant for a 9-month contract. Responsibilities include data/document migration and maintaining accurate databases. Job Description
  • Assist and execute data/document migration from legacy system to new platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transfer.
  • Detect and document data inconsistencies and migration challenges, whilst maintaining comprehensive records of all successful data transfers.
  • Assist with the maintenance and improvement of databases/records.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks, if any.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of working experience with a background and experience in administrative roles.
  • Prior experience in grants and/or records management would be an advantage.
  • Meticulous and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Possess good organisational abilities couples with systematic and methodical work practices.
  • Possess good communication, writing, project/time management and fundamental problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Experience in systematic task execution.
  • Competent in MS Office (including Word and Excel) and comfortable working with databases and electronic administration systems.
  • Has a positive attitude towards learning.

This is a 9-months Contract position under People Advantage(Certis Group).
