We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in the Data and Ai domain to lead the planning execution and delivery of innovative data‑driven solutions. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with strategic objectives.

This role requires a blend of project management discipline technical understanding and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable business outcomes through the use of data analytics and AI technologies.

What will you do

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for Data & AI initiatives including scoping planning resource allocation budgeting and risk management.
• Define project objectives timelines and deliverables in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (data engineers data scientists and business analysts).
• Monitor progress and manage dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance security and data management standards.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project‑related communications and updates.
• Facilitate alignment between business sponsors technical teams and external partners.
• Prepare and present project reports dashboards and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and foster strong client and team relationships.

Delivery Quality & Risk Management

• Identify and proactively manage project risks issues and change requests.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet business and technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate and motivate cross‑functional project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Support technical teams in resolving blockers and prioritizing work.
• Foster a culture of accountability innovation and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Business or related field.
• 510 years of experience in project management with at least 23 years in data analytics or AI projects.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management data platforms analytics tools and AI/ML concepts.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional technical teams in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
• Passionate about using data and AI to create real business impact.
