As our new Project Manager, R&D, you’ll take full ownership of the entire lifecycle of major new product development projects—from early planning and resource coordination to successful production launch. Acting as the central hub of collaboration, you’ll align internal teams and external partners to balance requirements, ensure project feasibility, and deliver on objectives. With your strong engineering background and proven project management expertise, you’ll lead and coach cross‑functional teams, driving continuous improvement and strengthening organizational excellence.
