The Job

• Project Planning & Feasibility– Lead feasibility studies and concept proposals in line with URA zoning, coordinating with consultants to evaluate project viability, financial returns, and alignment with investment objectives.
• Design & Construction Oversight– Drive end-to-end project execution, from design submissions and tendering to construction supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion with all authority approvals.
• Leadership & Process Excellence– Foster collaboration across teams, implement project management frameworks, and champion continuous improvement for operational efficiency and reporting accuracy

The Talent

• Degree in Architecture or relevant discipline
