Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Information Technology) to lead and coordinate technology projects across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of software development and IT delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT and software development projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and operations
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation plans
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and management
• Ensure projects adhere to technical standards, security policies, and compliance requirements
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT systems
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
• Background in software engineering, systems analysis, or IT operations
• Experience managing infrastructure, cloud, or platform-related projects
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working in fast-growing or scale-up environments
