A major airport development company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning and management of the electrical systems for the new Terminal 5 building. The role demands at least 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and be adept in project management and communication.
As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the planning, design and project management of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be based at the Changi East Project Office, the site of the future Terminal 5 building.
The main responsibilities for this position include planning, designing, construction and project management of the electrical, vertical transportation, photovoltaic, electric vehicle charging systems for the Changi East development.
The successful candidate will work closely with the appointed consultant, stakeholders and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, within budget and of the highest quality standard.
This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
