Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that impact one or across business, technology, and enterprising to drive project success.
• Manage all aspects of Digital project and program engagement for retail mobile banking platform from planning, resources planning and budget, change management, risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology, business, operations, regulators, etc., and co-ordinate execution by respective owners.
• Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities, including chairing project management working committee meetings and facilitating steering committee meetings.
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT
• Project Management Certification, Lean /Six Sigma (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experienced of having direct responsibility for project within budget size
• Min 8 years of experience in IT Industry
• Experience in full end-to-end project management in a lead role and/ or Background in Business analysis or experience in an agile Agile/Scrum environment and framework, e.g. sprint planning, sprint review, backlog grooming, etc.
• Proficient in excel and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Excel advanced skills). Technical domain expertise is an advantage, but at minimum it is tech-savvy.
