• Budget and Cost Control.
• Liaise with Clients, consultants, architects, authorities, project teams, and subcontractors.
• Assist to prepare progress claims with QS department to main contractor/clients.
• Certify Progress claim to sub-contractors/suppliers.

Remuneration and Company

• $4,500 to $5,500 Basic + Excellent Variable Bonus

Qualifications

Project management experience in Construction, preferably with experience in plumbing & sanitary work.
